Register your vehicle for the 2019 CTR Rockabilly Riot!

There's two ways to do this:

1. Download and print out THIS FORM, fill it out and mail it with your payment to the address indicated on the form. Do NOT do this after June 12th, as there's no way we can guarantee that we'll receive your registration by mail in that time.

2. Fill out this form below (once for each vehicle) and submit. By clicking submit, you agree to be bound by the terms of the form, detailed below. You will receive an invoice via e-mail or phone. Be sure to indicate your contact preference in the comments section.

First, though, the terms and conditions:

Advertising and Entry Release: In consideration of this entry, car owner and spouse/guest agree to permit A-Bomb Entertainment Inc., the use of their names, pictures, videos and pictures of their vehicle for publicity purposes, (including newspapers, magazines, radio and television) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos or videos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs or from any videos to A-Bomb Entertainment Inc. All publicity and advertising rights are reserved by CTR Rockabilly Riot/A Bomb Entertainment, Inc.

Operation: Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of the CTR Rockabilly Riot event. If, for any reason, an entrant or his/her vehicle, appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable by event management, entrant and his/her vehicle will be subject to eviction from the premises. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of poor character which the management considers objectionable to the event's well-being. In the event of any eviction or restriction, CTR Rockabilly Riot/A Bomb Entertainment, Inc. is not liable for refunding entry fees except at it's own discretion.

Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and spectators, by execution of this entry form, release and discharge A Bomb Entertainment Inc., the State of Nevada, all Hotels/Casinos in Carson City, Carson City, and Carson City Visitors Bureau, and their officers, directors, trustees, employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, volunteers, servants, and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the CTR Rockabilly Riot of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrant to his person or property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons, and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participants assisting or cooperating with the entrants and under the director or acceptable control of entrants. Entrants agree that participation in any drag racing, burn out contests and any other contests, games, or activities at the event may be limited and that you are entering them at your own risk.

Insurance: All registered vehicles must carry liability coverage with minimum limits of $15,000/$30,000 bodily injury and $10,000 property damage or statutory limits in State of Vehicle Registration. The undersigned acknowledges and understands that NO insurance is available for coverage to the Undersigned unless otherwise provided by private insurance obtained by the undersigned.

ENTRANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE.
